The 70s & 80s were the best for TV and commercials
ОтветитьFood was real back then and tasted a lot better! I miss those days.
ОтветитьI loved how things were advertised as "sweet" and "sugary" back in those days. The 70s were a great era. Btw, Farrah Fawcett was so hot! RIP.
ОтветитьLast week I had my frozen dinner from 1975.Half a hour later I was in the ambulance.
ОтветитьWhen tv was good to watch.
ОтветитьVicki Lawrence with the Carnation milk brings back a ton of memories! That was during the Ford years, the recession. We were doing everything we could to make groceries last! Today is a nightmare. 2023, good luck at the grocery store.
ОтветитьI hated the Oscar Meyer bologna kid then and I gotta admit I still do 😆 🤣
ОтветитьThe '70s was the best decade in the history of mankind. I went from 5th grade to my third year in the USMC in the 1970s.
ОтветитьTriscuit lady looks like the mom from Eight is Enough
ОтветитьBaby Drew Barrymore in the Pillsbury cookie dough commercial. And 70s Taco Bell was so much better. I just feel old now. 😢
ОтветитьDrew Barrymore in the Pillsbury commercial!
ОтветитьThey don’t make good food like they use to.
ОтветитьBrings back memories. Those were the good ole days.
ОтветитьI was born in late 1959, so I was 10-21 in the 70s. Great decade to be a teen
ОтветитьYou had " Smash " in America? I had no idea. I love watching old adverts.
ОтветитьCould it be that it was all so simple then ?
Or has time rewritten every line. Great collection of memories.
We ate a lot of Totino's Pizzas in the Summer.
We loved our bikes.
And Match Game. ❤
Taco Bell has never sold tacos loaded up like what you see here...or any other time.
Spoonful of taco...1/2 head of lettuce...5 or 6 crumbs of cheese and a couple packets of sauce.
Does anyone remember a commercial where the older kid says " Heavy, Mrs ???"
At the end the commercial, the little brother says " Hea--vy!"
Back then they hired session musicians to record advert jingles as back then there were no midi sound modules.
ОтветитьGREAT MEMORIES!!
ОтветитьFarrah Fawcett for Wella Balsam. The commercial with Joe Greene, Coke, and the gift jersey is considered a classic.
Ответить♥️❤♥️❤
ОтветитьDrew Barrymore was pimped out.
ОтветитьWow , thanks for posting .
I didn’t mind commercials back then . Now I definitely am not a fan of them idk . The abba had me belly laughing 😂
Thank you for the heart warming memories.

ОтветитьPepsi was 10 cents in a glass bottle and made with sugar. Tasted great then!
The commercial for Mash cracks me up everytime!
That creepy Red shoed man probably carried off many a children into the mountain on his train.
ОтветитьBarry Manilow wrote the Pepsi commercial! And Ralphie making Chocolate Milk!
ОтветитьWhy am I tearing up watching this?
ОтветитьHe hates everything
ОтветитьI recognized Drew Barrymore in the commercial for Pillsbury chocolate chip cookies.
ОтветитьBologna or baloney? Ketchup or catsup?
ОтветитьHow many commercials did you see with Farrah Fawcett!? 😊
ОтветитьThe McDonald’s commercial killed me. Listen to the background music, it’s got the 1960s psychedelic sound!!👨🏻🦳🇺🇸😂🇺🇸🎵🇺🇸😁
Ответить'Lol in junior high that was the joke "Please Don't Squeeze the Charmin
ОтветитьI was just young enough to want to be a commercial actress... never made it... but I advertise everything around the house still! Lol
ОтветитьAhh, you didn’t have my favorite cowboy Shasta dance 😢
ОтветитьRemember when bologna had a first name? You dig?
ОтветитьVicki Lawrence gave me a great idea on what to do with that nonfat dry milk I have.
ОтветитьMcDonald land makes perfect sense after all the hippies in the 60's became parents in the 70's. Trippy man.... I am not sure we should call kids Cracker Jacks these days.
ОтветитьDid anyone else want to slap Sammy Davis Jr. in that booze commercial? Ugh. Shut up, Sammy...
ОтветитьFarrah Fawcett did a lot of commercials
