Thank you. I recently switched from Resistance Bands to an Isomectric band which did improve my joint problems a lot. My muscles were doing fine but my joints needed a bit more time and rest.
ОтветитьAs always you are great. I'm slowing following some of your exercises. I know you say Speak to your GP first etc...but that's not as easy as it sounds in today's climate...and not poss for each new exercise! Could you put specific exercises up and say Yep, these are good for blah blah blah but avoid if you have a hernia or hip/back problem...or these are good and safe for hip issues? You get my gist...Cheers.
