Discord Emoji Packs Beta (Only Partnered Servers)

I have an emoji pack from 'Object Show artist server' however none of my friends can get it
Im able to use these emojis everywhere & in reactions
Im not in the original server & i dont have nitro
So yeah i have no clue how this stuff works-

now that discord is actively rolling this out how do you add a pack without someone sending an emoji from that server?
