Automatically Insert Serial Number after filter in excel

it is very helpful

=IF(C2="","",SUBTOTAL(3,$C$2:C2))
this formula doesn't work online on MS Teams, as "serial number", it goes to 0000 and then 11111 and then 22222 and so on...
is it possible to shed some light how to solve this issue with online excel spreadsheet, please?

instead of simple using your data I used this formula which works fine

=IF(B38="","",SUBTOTAL(3,$B$3:B38))
