PS5 annoying high pitch noise not solved after the official repair by Sony

I got a brand new PS5 console but since the 1 day I have had
the "high annoying pitch noise/coil whine" during gaming like so many other guys of you are reporting.
Even from far away I have to hear this irritating noise and because of its high frequency it is really horrible.

After I had contacted Playstationsupport for 2 times I sent my console back to their official repair center (France). 14 days later I got my console back, their official report said "status repaired".
But in fact nothing was repaired, they only installed the latest software (that has already been installed) and didn't change any hardware part.
I contacted Playstationsupport again and they told me that their repair center couldn't confirm any noise problem.
HELLO???? You can't hear this???
I mean you are lucky to get a console and spend a lot of money, have to face the fact that it is deficient,
send the console for repair, get back the same faulty console without any hardware repair, need to contact customer support again and have to forgo the console again for at least 14days...?!!!

SORRY Sony, this is a poor customer service!!!
