is it hard to esd proof yourself? looks like you just need to grind them and coat them in some rubber based paint

I came to the same conclusion with the two remaining tweezers on the left at the end. I only have those two tweezers left after so many years. I wanted to play around with smd so I had to get those smd tweezers and give them a try.

I'm looking to get a precise tweezer for Mmics, do you recommend one that's good for that? Something small & that could handle thin mmics. Ty

The "stamp collector's tweezers" are actually dental/dentist tweezers. So if someone wants to search for them, that's the name they are sold as.

Looks like the 7 are from Weller Erem ; I understand it's the n°1 brand for tweezers (?) and small pliers too
