W tier list, but my opinion is far from yours. I mean I gonna put atleast a lot of new character not at least S tier or A too...at the same time shanks should be on top with s snake, garp, Roger, Lucci and yamato runner...btw W video tho. the reason is maybe based on your experience but mine is based on I used...so yeah W

okay listen, your tier list is far way more reasonable. I watch it till the end and I see why you put like lot of character at the top at the same time I see lot of people complain about the certain thing about the character with my own gameplay when i play the game. So i can say that this tier kinda accurate especially for F2P or new player.

Can I ask, is tier A is mean that the character can be playable in current meta?? Or it's just weak??

I just installed the game and tutorial saying I need to do league battle but it's stuck at matching and every 10 minutes will say unable to connect to server
