Dopa pushed in 2 waves instead of three because the amount of casters built up insured his own Cannon would die while causing the bounce back sooner. 30s is a lot of time to spend in high elo waiting for your cannon to die and it's more like a minute since the bounce back doesn't start until the 4th wave. Also makes it so when you do perform the bounce back it's when both players are level 2 instead of level 3. Because of the wave position Akali will hit three while it's slow pushing in the middle of the lane; not much roam to work with and open to being ganked mid trade.

I think he didn't stack three waves because then faker would have his lvl 3 and because the wave is pushing it would give faker an oppertunity to land a random e and win lane just like that.

I don't think dopa owned faker in the wave management, more in the draft. I doubt there Is something faker could have done much in the laning phase more than not dying due to limit testing :/

2 options:
1st- dopa wanted to avoid trading at lvl 3 with akali being closer to her turret, so he crushed 1st wave
2nd- there was invade hapenning in topside so he wants to have prio in case he has to help

If dopa have slow pushed 3 waves he would be in good position to recall or roam otherwise it would be wasting time leting the minions fully crash and waiting for bounce on his lane while doing nothing. Its because oriana is short range champ and should not expose herself while wave is bouncing back so it would have taken something about 15- 20 sec to get back in good position to wave managment.

Slow push is better for agressive champs like ahri or le blanc to roam or recall to buy another doran/dark seal or for mages with high range like xerath or ziggs to manage wave while staying back. For short ranged champs with poor roam potential it forces recall when full heath and mana to buy only another doran, boots or seal

Agressive push on first wave allowed ori to wait until lv 5 without need to recall and exposing herself to gank so he was able to back with better items and he recalled when he realy was out of mana. Its nice option for ow range champs like ori or annie.

Perhaps Dopa used that weird push strat vs Faker to be able to ward while the wave was under to tower? Kayn dropped a ward next to chickens so Dopa would probably have a good idea of where Graves would be in the early game, and hard communicating the fake ward was perhaps his intention from the beginning
