Hey everyone, hopefully this helps you. I was dealing with the same error on PS5 at launch, and I was venting to a buddy of mine about it. He had read somewhere that on PS5 if you start downloading one of the free monthly games on the PS+ store, then launch it again, its been working for people. Not sure why those two things would be connected, but I decided to try it and after 90 minutes of nothing but errors, it connected the first time once I had something downloading in the background. I did buy in game currency restarted game and all works fine ...this way it probably get licence updated
