You could have put dowels in the cad so easily even used oring channel and not even had to use the wood glue

One thing I would recommend is to pay attention to how much wood dust you left inside the enclosure which can potentially affect your drivers. You should take measures to keep it clean as you go and seal it so that no dust enters while you're cutting/sanding in the final stages. Otherwise great job.

Interesting, I suppose if you want to save space, but in all my years of audiophile, I am convinced that the best and most defined basses are always from infinite acoustic suspension boxes, it is true that they have low sensitivity and that they depend a lot on the correct and good amplification, but since watts are cheap and good woofers are built from very rigid materials, I definitely prefer acoustic suspension.

This chassis delays the backward facing pressure many times the wavelength. The only reason is, to get out more than one matched resonance point. If it is worth the trouble of designing it is questionable indeed. If I have the room and place, i would favorise an Eckhorn type build.

The length of the inverter hole must be calculated and cannot be arbitrary. Besides, no sound-absorbing cotton is used, so the sound is too empty.

My suggestion is to upgrade the wiring to solid-core wires. I’m also not a big fan of USB signal they introduce noise. If you do more with this please have a frequency response test

That is so cool! It looks exactly like a miniature of an old McDonald's garbage can, the ones inside of course. You put your tray and hand in the hole up top, turn the tray over to dump it, take it out on place the tray on top. It was a brilliant design, I can see why you picked that as the design you wanted to emulate. I have also looked at some garbage cans and thought they would make great speakers but you have gone beyond! So many hours of work, so much breathing formaldehyde, you can go ahead and unask be proud of the gar... speaker you created!

If you are going to use MDF; then why not just make a mold and pour down some or pack down some sawdust mixed with glue and wait?

Don't matter how you route pressure in a box, the size of the woofer is what matters first and foremost.
