So nice to see you back on the channel. I agree as I have grown older, I have become more and more introverted, not saying that I hate people. But I have noticed that having your own safe space and quality time brings me more happiness. Group chats are getting much and much more weirder for me as well haha. So its totally normal what you are going through. Also been up to date with your instagram glad to see you are enjoying your time off. you should start learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Sophie. You'd kill it, and it's very good for mental health. figuring out movements since you're already athletic with your TKD.
