ОтветитьMake Anything your fluidity with the use of Fusion 360 is inspiring. Principally, how did you go about learning the software? Were there any specific resources that you would recommend?
ОтветитьHad really bad results with most of my XTC attempts. Tended to fiber / harden too fast regardless of my mixture.
ОтветитьOh hey a Keith haring case. A family friend of mine was best friends with him when they were growing up.
ОтветитьWhat a great concept! I used graphics software to separate the colors; my biggest concern was whether my low-end printer would print each color where it belongs, but it worked. Thank you!
ОтветитьHow do you calculate the dimensions for a cellphone case? Like the 3D dimensions?
ОтветитьSubscribed! You are amazing! Thanks man!
ОтветитьHow does the case hold up tho? Can it withstand heat with the coat you put on?
ОтветитьSo cool. You are awesome
ОтветитьUse metric lmao
ОтветитьThis is really awesome. As a way to seal at the end I wonder if you could do a hydrodip with a clear sealant ... maybe do a few dips?
ОтветитьVery helpful thanks a lot
ОтветитьI am definitely going to print this, do you know if this will work on a flash forge 3d printer?
Ответитьi have been trying to replicate this on my Ultimaker S5 bundle. the damn machine is too smart for its own good. i can do two colours no worries. i am really struggling with more then two colours per print job. if anyone has any lead on doing this on an S5 in cure - let me know!
ОтветитьCould you upload the step file, to make adjustments?
I would like to recess the holes for easier reach.
van gah 💀💀
ОтветитьCan you share the IFF profile you used?
ОтветитьLithograph backs
ОтветитьDo you turn off auto homing for the consecutive colors? Or do you just print small items off the center of the print bed? I'm trying the latter now since the first didn't work so well...
ОтветитьWhat about G28 command? It is not supposed to be turned off after the first colour? I couldn't find that explanation on the video. I think it is mandatory
Ответитьhow did you get the inlay for the canvas part I'm struggling on how to make that part
ОтветитьDose anyone know if an svg file would work instead of a dxf file please let me know asap
ОтветитьIs there a way to do this on a prusa mk3 i3
ОтветитьI had an idea for custom drink coasters that this technique would be perfect for. I could probably print 4 at a time on my print bed to save time. This would also be useful if you wanted to print a multicolor logo on signage.
ОтветитьThe technique is good and repeatable.
ОтветитьThis video was 4yrs ago, That Said you can just put painting tape over the phone case for 3D scanning, secondly its easier to wrap the case and print a base color cover
Ответитьhow do you get the phone outline in illustrator like that?
ОтветитьYOUR PHONE CASES ARE AMAZINGGG AND THANKS FOR THE AMAZING STEP BY STEPS VIDEOSSSS
Ответить"You can always get crazy with it." love it man!!
ОтветитьA quick tip we use to help scan black surfaces is spraying dry shampoo or even foot spray it will leave a white residue that easily cleans off after.
Ответитьgreat work!
ОтветитьMy OnePlus 6 died last week after five good years of service. Came back because I'm printing a case for my fairphone four and remembered this video, what a coincidence it's about the phone I'm replacing.
ОтветитьWow a great idea to make serious labels for front panels of my electronic projects.
ОтветитьVery impressive!
ОтветитьSUBSCRIBED, PERIOD.
ОтветитьThat's such a cool technique! I love the Van Gogh case!
ОтветитьLove this! I used a very similar technique to create a chess board a while back.
ОтветитьGreat video! The one thing is that I think you can change this yellow to yellow TPU
ОтветитьHave u tried tpu. Wont the last layer bump into the others?
ОтветитьAwesome dude! your talent is very impressive! I'm a maker too, but the perception of the new ways to create, is inside of our head, have to say that! Really Thinking out of the box!
Greeting from Brazil!
Really cool! I've always been doing 1 color per layer but will try this now. thanks
ОтветитьYou have 800K subs, I think you deserve 1M
ОтветитьThis makes me interest to get a 3d printer. The skill looks so creative!! Thank you for your tutorial!! 👍👍👍
ОтветитьIs there an updated video for this?
ОтветитьWhy didn't I see that video earlier😢😢 save me a ton of effort. Thank you man❤❤❤
Ответитьmy SVG to DXF file conversions always turn out much cleaner by importing the SVG (that I created in Inkscape) into a DXF-based CAD program, like AutoCAD or QCAD, as opposed to exporting from the SVG program. I then import the DXF into Onshape for great results! Major time saver!
ОтветитьSo not full color it is multi color!!! Full color is defined by transitioning to color to color, (transitioning)!!!!!
ОтветитьBeautiful and useful video
Ответить6 years later, I finally got confident enough to use this technique to print text on the surface of prints. I printed a credit card sized name tag, and I'm now using it to print labels on aqara remote button covers
