YES , MY SON WAS OFFERED A STUDENT EXCHANGE YEARS AGO FROM THE SCHOOL HE WAS TEACHING AT , A CHINESE FAMILY .

I dont know if you still answer questions but how did this affevt your high school experience? Did you have to retake any exams or do anything specific having mussed a year of school. Or did you do normal schooling in Italy?

I’ve wanted to be a exchange student since I was a kid, it always sounded so cool & now I’m in freshman year and I want to do it sooo bad but all the steps you have to go through and just the fact of being in a completely different country make my mom say no immediately 😭 I’m not sure how to convince her. She hates going out of the way to do things especially if it’s smth she rather not do.

so my school introduced this in our province and only the top 20 chosen from my school will go how can i convince mom that i will be fine i wanna show her im also no longer a child like i am turning 17 and it would be the best year of my life if she could have trust in me she can call me i will answer the phone i am given an opportunity to fulfil my bucket list but mom is holding back

I’m going to go home today and ask my mom if I can apply to go to Germany next year for school. Germany has always been a country I wanted to visit/live in and I think going to school there for a year will help me prepare for when I eventually move there! I’ll update you all if it works out!
