man love this guy but can barely keep up with his naration/ monologue especially us not native english speakers. SLow up a LITTLE bit brother lol ....not a knock on you brother just cant comprehend well and had to watch each video like 2-3 times. This a US resident that has been here 23 years and a post grad school grad here.

The fact that these points give an amazing redemption value on a select few airline partners but are utter crap everywhere else really doesn't make this system look inviting. I mean really, 2/3 of this video is spent talking about the ways you should NOT use the points. Really makes me think Amex membership points are a giant scam.

I get a base 1.4 CPP from cashing out the points from my local credit union’s credit card, with 2X points for all categories. For someone who doesn’t travel frequently, I’m honestly struggling to see why I would even want this card.

You should really factor in annual fees. Having a British Airways account also means another annual fee

Sometimes a normal 4% Cashback card is better if you're not flying often. Those guarantee 1CPP (main banks).

Amex is the biggest scam ever!!! You really don't get back 4% aka 4X if you can't redeem it as 4 percent!! Wake up people!!! And on top of that they charge 250 a year!!

Worth noting that the gift cards that give the best CPP are usually the ones that are expensive af, Neiman Marcus, Saks, Bergdorf, etc. You get the 1 CPP tho, but it wont get you as far in those stores.

One thing I like, is when Amazon offers a deal when you pay with Amex points.

I’ll just use 1 point to apply the (10 percent off for example) deal, and purchase the same as usual :)

if you can show more first class and business class examples all over the world from LAX or NY would be so helpful to all of us to see if paying for all these annual fees really makes sense. most of us who play this game probably have roughly 600k amex points with probably about $2000 plus in annual fees. i wonder if 600lk would buy 6 huge first class/business class tix all around the world, with an average of $3000 to $5000 one way. thanks again!
