Depends on what you want from your phone I guess.

It used be that if you wanted to play games and wanted to get thr best camera at the same time you had to get the flagship phones.

Google has turned the game on its head by giving you a camera that is better then what any other company gives you (apart from Huawei I guess) and in a mud range phone. That I think is phenomenal. I know a lot of people who don't okay games and just want the best possible camera and decent battery life and this is such an attractive option.

I don't think it sucks... I think its genius what google has done here. Other manufacturers should be scared :)

To me budget means around the area of $150 to $200
Anything more than that is just plain stupid. Considering that phones are being put out there every year or two years. The phone market is crazy stupid. I won't complain anymore about Sony & Nintendo and Microsoft of their every 5 years of a system coming out.

No reason to get this over a Pixel 2/2XL

Wow I always wanted the pixel but I didn’t want to pay the price for the pixel I have the iPhone XR and was going to get the iPhone 11 but I might just get the 3axl and hopefully they launch the 4axl when the pixel 4 comes out

I was just about to get the 3aXL, but I read that they are running on EMMC internal storage, my concern is whether the EMMC going to impact the phone performance down the road?

bought an XL. The camera is great. The biggest downside, as I see it is the 64GB of storage. Overall, a decent value.

Эти телефоны надо менять каждый год, а люди которые покупают телефоны за такую цену, это люди которые покупают телефон года на 3. И уже через год получают выгоревший не юзабельный дисплей. I love the design of these phones. I appreciate a phone that looks simple and not have the "premium" look or feel to it. Hoping Google keeps the pixel line looking basically the same. I don't even mind the top and bottom bezels. I do think the should've kept the front firing dual speakers to make better use of the bottom bezel. And I also think the headphone jack should be positioned on the bottom and not the top, simply because when I put the phone in my back pocket it's always upside down. Either way, thanks for the vid. So, is the Pixel 3A line safe in light rain or splash in sink or tea? Would it not damage it's internals?

After have the pixel 3a for 10 days I returned my s10+ and I'm only using the 3a. I couldn't justify the extra $600 for the Samsung. I have dropped the 3a... twice and its fine. Think about what you do with your phone then ask yourself if the extra money is worth it to you. I love this phone and I would recommend it to anyone wether your on a budget or not.

They don’t suck. But if you’re using phones like Note 9, XS Max or Mate 20 Pro. This is a downgrade.

Would you prefer this or the standard oneplus 7 8gb.

4GB of RAM is probably my biggest gripe on this thing. Considering I could get a Red Magic Mars for $359 with a minimum of 6GB of RAM + 64 GB of storage... but with a powerful GPU and insane frame rates... I really think Google might've made a big mistake.

So, is it safe to say that the Pixel 3A & 3a XL absolutely safe for light rain and accidental water spills especially with its ports? Is battery life really that good I.e. will last the whole day? (Was underwhelmed with the 3 XL battery life)

just got 3a xl previous phone is the nexus 1, it still works fine but app support not great but the main reason for changing was my own eyesight starting to take a dump so need the bigger screen.
not paying for a pixel 3 or 4, always wanted an 8 inch tablet (current tablet is the 10 inch pixel c) so with the savings on the 3axl i'll get a samsung A8 see how that goes, the pixel c is bit too big to thow in my handbag but is great for longer trips away.

I got mine the 3a XL on Cyber Monday for 4oo.oo bucks tax included? Is it a good phone, yes absolutely. That camera, OLED display, 🔋 averages 7to8hrs SOT, not bad. The 670processer works admirably, no lags or stutters. Boring design, probably but I like it. The polycarbonate build quality is much preferred over the glass sandwich. I would recommend either. Best in class camera, better than most flagships, yep!

That's a good price these days supposed to spending 1,200 for apple and 1,500 for Samsung the more perks the lesser time on the battery any way.
