Hi Casey, I'm older and new to crypto and just got my tangem wallet.
All set up 3 cards. Transferred 3 times on the app but don't understand how to store my crypto on the cards? It's just there in the app the same as any other software wallet.
The app doesn't ask for me to scan the cards before the transaction like you showed each time so how do I get it offline and onto the cards?

Got my set of 3 cards the other day… I was excited. They don’t work, I am unable to finalize the cards. I have done like 20 hours of researchon this issue and lots of experimentation and honestly i beleive the problem is with my NEW iphone 15 ProMax and the NFC not working correctly! Maybe the Tangem cards are good, but with this POS i phone and its falty NFC these cards are useless to me! if you have a new iphone be forewarned about this issue. You need the NFC to stay connected for a MINIMUM of 15 seconds!

Great clip. As per suggestion below, maybe slow down the presentation of hardware wallets, use physical demonstrations etc, many different learning styles and speeds, being slow, visual and clear will ensure no one gets left behind in Crypto.

With this tangen hard wallet didn't you say that somebody could set up an account without having to have private keys or if they do have private Keys a private keys are on the card itself or cards and they don't have to memorize anything or write anything down in a 12 series wording? You said it was super simple yet it sounds very confusing because you start talking about access codes and everything else and I'm not exactly sure what axis codes you are referring to since I haven't seen the tangent wallet myself yet? With this tangent wallet I was told that they have face recognition so that way somebody doesn't need to know their private keys in order to log into it the app can just do face recognition and log them in to do a trade right?

You speak with little or no discipline to your subject. You have so much information to express you clutter you message with too much distraction from you original message. Set up the card and use it but you add so much filler it's tiresome and hard to stomach.
You should have stayed with the set-up card+app+transfer+ store and mange your crypto.

Why pay 14% for wallet fee for transferring $100 from exchange to tandem wallet. and moving back from wallet to exchange another $14. You lost $28 for handling $100

$22 to send crypto to a wallet!! That’s outrageous!! The fee(currently) looks to be the same whether it’s $100 or $1000. At this rate, it only makes sense to send crypto anywhere if it’s at least $8,800-$44,000 and only once a year. That would be about .50%-.10% (including an initial “test” transaction with a $22 cost=$44 total). Only then would this be on par with management fees for holding a low-moderate cost index fund.

Tangem is the worst. I purchased the 3 pack. One didn’t work. Would not scan. Tangem support is horrible. In the end I have 1 useless card and 2 cards I don’t trust enough to but my crypto on. Be warned.

$15 fee to transfer our crypto off an exchange!!! Crazy! I can transfer Fiat without a any fees. Wasn’t crypto brought to light and boasted for not having fees and instant transaction speeds ? These fees are too high

if u have to use any app on computer or mobile to create phrase, seeds etc wallet is not cold. these seeds can be send to owner of company.

Warning to all those planning to buy a TANGEM card wallet, there will in all likelihood be a massive extra cost to operating this wallet, in that you will need to spend at least an extra $400 for an NFC capable phone or tablet to operate the TANGEM wallet. in addition to the card pack cost !!! you may well want to consider a TREZOR cold wallet that works with your generally available laptop instead !?!?
