Thanks for the video, but it does not work. Whatsapp customer support also keeps repeating the same steps and asks to wait for 24 hrs before they can help. The Call Me option also does not work. I have tried it two mobile numbers. As soon as i swapped the devices Whatsapp stops sending verification number and there is no solution to fix it. Tried resetting, tried uninstalling, tried clear cache, clear data... not sure how to fix it.

I doesn't work for me. Not only I don't get the verification code, but after I entered my number, the screen still stayed the same and no message was sent to me. When I used another phone and entered my current on the other phone, yhey sent the code right away on my current phone, which I used on the other phone. I don't know why I couldn't get to the screen where i can enter the code on my current phone. Can anybody help me?
