Hello! I have Verizon Fios and I using Verizon Router CR1000A and Extender E3200 include. My question is can I stay with Verizon Fios or get my own router and extended, which one you recommend. Thank you very much.

I have a Verizon router modem combination. But there is coax cable hooked up to the router. I bought the Deco mesh system and my house is only 2000 ft.² I have plugged it into every outlet. I have upstairs and downstairs and my ring cameras which are 2.5 and five are not working properly. Do you have any idea what is going on?

My centurylink DSL router receives signal via phone line, we do not have cable, fiber where I live I live in the country. My router needs replaced “0ld” and not working properly and provides poor home coverage. So to go to a mesh system do I need to replace my old router/modem first ? Or do mesh systems have router built in?

So which one would you connect first to your internet. Archer or Deco. I have both AEX75 and DECO XE75.

Really enjoyed your explanation. You are the first person that I could actually understand what you were saying. I have att all in one router/modem and I have a Decx20 wifi 6 plugged into it, but I am still having problems getting signals to the back of my house. My house is 2200 and it is a perfect square. My base deco is only 20 feet from the first pod and is going through one wall, I am getting good speed there, but the other pod, which is about 20 feet or less is sending the signal through 3 walls and I cannot faster than 70 mbps. I checked the att apps for signal strength and it telling that the signal is week. DO you have any suggestions? Should I get rid of the att router? Thank you

<Raises Hand> You said you use the Archer and the Deco in conjunction. I though the two mesh technologies are incompatible? AI-Driven Mesh vs OneMesh

Is it a good idea to have my traditional router connected to my mesh? If yes how to I set that up? Thank you

If you have a long property, then multi mesh is the way to go with 3 units. Line of sight in a fairly straight line gives the best results.

Hi, I wanted to build a setup like this with my existing AX73 and 2x deco M4. For now my AX73 is at G floor and my RE705 is at middle of 2nd floor. The AX73 and RE705 is using a Onemesh setup. The 3rd floor seems not getting optimum connection as sometimes my iPad M1 experience in Wi-Fi drop. For your setup, do you have a different SID for AXE75 and Deco XE75?

I have an archer ax4400 that works fine for my house and attached garage but recently built a metal shop 100 feet away that has no signal. I ran a cat6 underground cable out to it. If i buy the deco will it mesh being plugged to the lan cable. I really don't want to add another router with a different name to have to switch back an forth between. Not very tech savvy. Thanks

We just had fiber put in and they came and installed the modem today. We bought the TP-Link - Archer AXE7800 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E Router and set it up. Was super easy and OMG the speeds are so much faster than our old coaxial internet and modem/router setup. We're getting about 250 Mbps down and 250 Mbps up! Thanks for the tip on pointing the antennas. I adjusted them to point towards the areas of the house we typically use WiFi. I checked the signal strength on all three floors- it's 100% on the middle floor with the router and about 90% on the second floor and about 80% in the basement rooms on the 5 GHz channel. On the 2.4 GHZ it's 100% throughout the entire house. I haven't tested the 6G yet.

Help me out. I’ve got a brick home and my router is in our “office” in a separate building on the back of our garage. All WiFi therefore has to go through two brick walls to get in our one-story 3300SF house. I get a spotty or no WiFi signal at times even though I pay for 1G speed. Could I get a two-mesh system with one placed nearer the office and another further away? Would the one further away relay to the closer one which in turn relay to the router?
Also I need a very basic lesson here. Is the router a modem and router combo?

My house is full brick, no plasterboard or hollow walls anywhere so the signal to my bedroom doesn’t connect well as it’s on the other side of the house. So would the Deco6E be the best choice for me? I usually have to use 4G in my room and my pc Wi-Fi connection is horrible

Just bought the XE75 Pro 2 pack, one major issue is Deco does NOT support separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz SSIDs, I thought I saw in one of these videos that you can do that, but I guess that was a diff router, so now that you know this flaw, if you need this feature, the whole line of DECO is not for you.

Great video! I got the tp-link archer axe16000, and it says it can be a mesh network I need more coverage. What do you recommend?

I have a Netgear Nighthawk AXE120 and had issues setting it up as a repeater or extender. Not sure if it's worth trying again or selling for something that would extend my coverage further.

I'm happy with Deco m5 from tplink. Found a better deal and was cheaper than Netgear orbi. Essentially wanted to eliminate dead spots from router and mesh is so much better and compact. Provides stable connectivity without dropping.
