Project like this should have been built with steel beams so as to reduce unnecessary support columns. Steel beam construction ensures long span column intervals and spacious interior spaces.

Ghana!!🤣 This mall is been under construction for years,still not completed, now it's up for sale.😅Portharcout has built half of this mall in no time and full of shops..Just for the purpose of boosting they started something they cant finish..What's the point in building a shopping mall if people are going to be tired walking round,cant walk round?The reasoning is baffling.Cheers.
