MyHP fan friends think it’s confusing cuz they can’t get me to watch the movies (I just don’t wanna 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 idk not for me)but I heavy consume the fan content with joy 😂

This new thing called shifting might be a form of astral projection where you can just see whatever you want to see when you and the astral relm. Because if that actually is what it is it's pretty cool if we can actually do that. Like I can go to Disney world if I want to.

“Shifting” is literally just lucid dreaming. There’s nothing wrong with that but claiming that all of these methods will 100% get you to an alternate universe and that you can sleep with characters is super problematic. The god complexes are very prevalent in a lot of these outspoken “shifters”. Idk I think the videos just made people already prone to escapism and delusion more deluded. The thousands of videos of people crying because they weren’t in that “reality” anymore kinda just proves that. It’s like what happens in cults and shared delusions where someone will fake their beliefs and “experiences” for approval because they think others are telling the truth. But everyone else is doing the exact same thing so it just becomes one big lie. Also if reality shifting was real (and could be done the way it was claimed) you wouldn’t be a god, you’d still just be you and wouldn’t be able to control people’s emotions or actions like the videos claimed.

The most Gen Z part of the Harry Potter fandom is 100% the marauders, an entire timeline made up by the fandom. You should definitely look into it, I'd say most of the fans are around 15-25. It's honestly massive right now, the most popular fanfic on archive is Marauders (ATYD's it's fantastic btw). Like the fandom took the wolfstar ship, ran and made like 10 more. So now the most popular ships are completely detached from the original. Like Jegulus- Harry's dead dad and Sirius' dead brother. Or Darlene, two very dead lesbians. Or Rosekiller, two dead gay death eaters. Like all of the marauders characters are dead in canon- except for Mary Macdonald. All of them die horrifically.
