As a disabled person with mobility issues, THANK YOU. Your words made me want to cry. I try so hard to be active and maintain fitness and wellbeing, but I don't know how to reach these goals as the world is tailored for non-disabled people and I often feel forgotten about. Love you for this 💓
ОтветитьI walk every morning except sundays for 40 minutes I’m a quick walker,I only started 6 weeks ago and even though I’m female and 67 years old I have lost 7 kilos, over a stone in weight,I’m really pleased I started walking again.
ОтветитьI’m walking on a treadmill while watching this video 😊
ОтветитьWalking is a super power
ОтветитьGreat video! Thank you ❤️
ОтветитьWow ur beautiful ❤️
I wish ur were my girlfriend
I’ve just had a bad ankle sprain that landed me in hospital and watching it just after discharge. Can’t wait to start!
ОтветитьI have Chronic Fatigue and I’m so jealous of that ’i feel great after i exercise’ feeling. Would love to know how you help your CFS pts 🙂
ОтветитьI’m older than you and on day 15. I’m still having soreness 😂but looking forward to the energetic euphoria. I keep moving forward….baby steps😂 Thanks for the positive and uplifting video! I bet you are a great medical professional, just a feeling ❤️🩹⚕️
ОтветитьI have Cerebral Palsy so I struggle with mobility I am trying to improve as much as I can but it's slow going after cancer treatments I am currently in recovery but recovering from this and my usual issues have proven difficult; I am trying to invest in myself and I will never run but I can walk a bit I bet if I try safely I can do a bit more.
ОтветитьI feel like walking is the best way to lose weight. Like my body really changed after walking each day. I usually walk for about 30 minutes or more and my body looks so good!
ОтветитьMy warehouse job gets me 15k-20k steps a day for 4/7 days of the week.
The other 3 days I'll do at least 1hr walk around the park
30 mins is nothing for a male.. I walk 1 hour to 2 hours a day
ОтветитьI love how you included other people in the challenge who may have a hard time with mobility!!
ОтветитьHow often do you walk now, a year later?
ОтветитьJust the mental benefits are worth it - people sit inside all winter long and when they have a chance to get outside, they don't. I walk every day (get a dog - they will make you get out!). My first two dogs lived to 16.5 years old and I know it's because they walked every day, so I know I'm getting those benefits too. Get up and move! You will thank yourself in your later years when you aren't having joint problems, arthritis, or even in a wheelchair.
ОтветитьI have walking pad. Trying 45-1 hr but it's burning calories
ОтветитьI love how inclusive you are. Including a workout for people who may be suffering from a disability and ALSO acknowledging there are days you should rest for your body/mental health and not pushing toxic workout standards is so refreshing and I am so glad this video was suggested on my feed ❤
ОтветитьYou are gorgeous !
ОтветитьDo you walk during work hours?
