canon pixma 5 times blinking problem

why do you have to repeat pressing the stop button? you are not helping at all and it seems you don't know what you are doing but acting like one who knew!

Always do 3 light blink to clean head. Don't use 5 light blink method it absords a lot of colour ink and move it to waste pad.

Why?
