“It’s just a game!”
ОтветитьThis scene had me mesmerized, the beautiful dance of the snow white pigeon over the war-torn battlefield below
ОтветитьI can’t believe it’s been 7 years since this games release
ОтветитьI know it would sound weird but, without war,we wouldn't even survive at all,war is what brought us to today, without it, nothing or no one in our world would have existed, war is a essential part of life and nature, destruction is needed for life to flourish
ОтветитьI like how the pigeon didnt go stress the whole time when its inside tank
ОтветитьPostal 2 pigeon mission
ОтветитьI was blown away by this scene. Went from despair of the wolves closing in & about to kill the crew, to sending out this beautiful bird with a message. Ironic that such a beautiful creature was also the messenger of death, but also one of salvation as well, seemed like the crew was about the die as well from the bombardment but they got lucky & survived. Battlefield 1 was amazing. From the multiplayer opening narrations, to the stories, really encapsulated the forgotten or unthought of war, along with the emotions of those who served. One of the best war games ever made.
Ответитьsecond bravest pigeon I've ever seen
ОтветитьJust played this, it's incredible
Ответить"ARTILLLERY"
-Famous last words of a german soldier

ОтветитьChe mamada, acabo de hacer esta misión y no me la creía, la musica y todo el pd, por eso murió battlefield y alch q bueno
ОтветитьThis is AUG 2023 this music came on my mind .
ОтветитьThat was a very beatiful ohmage to the tale of Cher Ami
ОтветитьIn this scene I couldn't hold back the tears, a war game never made me cry, but this one has done it. It's like the last hope for these soldiers to survive. 😭
ОтветитьThis is still my favourate battlefield and scene
ОтветитьHow did we go from this to BF2042 :(
ОтветитьScene never gets old.
ОтветитьThis pigeon saved everyone’s lives in the Great War.
Ответитьppppp
Ответитьo7 cher ami ....
ОтветитьI have a weird "Mandela" effect where I recall this particular level elaborating on the sacrifices of animals in the 1st World War. I am always a little bit disappointed when my memory is proven faulty.
Regardless, my girlfriend loves birds, she has two at the time of writing, and I know deep in my heart: If they could call an artillery strike on my position, they would do it in the blink of an eye... those little adorable bastards.
God there was not a single piece of this game that i hated
Ответитьit also looks and sounds sad
ОтветитьEDWARDS
RELEASE THE PIGEON
me do remember this story has black bes and survive with mcmaniac
ОтветитьWar stories really was such a great addition to battlefield 1. Really makes you feel like you were living in each of these soldiers shoes. Battlefield 1 was a masterpiece
ОтветитьHOW DO YOU CONTROL THE PIGEON
ОтветитьThank you Pigeons! 😢❤
ОтветитьAhh damn this never fails to make me shed a tear
ОтветитьI honestly can't believe how gay this actually is
ОтветитьAm i the only that gets really emotional and cry to this??
ОтветитьThis scene alone is what made BF1 a successful game. It is accurate to the wars that happened during the time and it was a tribute to those that served during that era.
ОтветитьSuch a powerful idea, to suddenly show the war from the quiet perspective of an innocent, distanced animal for just a moment. The violence on the ground and the total destruction of the landscape suddenly makes sense only as a very human kind of insanity.
Ответить“The larks still bravely singing fly scarce heard amidst the guns below”
Ответить"With 50,000 of our men getting killed a week, who's going to miss a pigeon?"
ОтветитьInteresting fact: this scene was inspired by a true story. There were 200 soldiers that were surrounded and pinned down and a pigeon delivered a message saving their lives. But, she got shot which blinded her and she also got shot in the leg, despite that she carried on, and that’s what makes this story so heroic. Her name was Cher Ami
🫡
cher ami anyone?
The WW1 hero pigeon that saves 200 pinned down soldiers.
where men cried
ОтветитьAll quiet on Easter Front.
ОтветитьIt's what they do with water cooling these days. Bird, being a trusty messenger, saved that town from being overrun by the zerg.
ОтветитьThis cutscene is so beautiful, it makes me cry, I can't get enough of it ❤️
ОтветитьWhat did the Germans say before the arty hit?
ОтветитьThe most emotional scene in all the Battlefield franchise and probably the only time a video game had me in tears
ОтветитьThis happened… wow
ОтветитьThe best scene in gaming history
ОтветитьThis and the last tiger of bf5 are my two favorite campaigns I will never forget these
ОтветитьThe most beautiful scene of the video game ever…
