I got anniversary rating this month that is in March, when will I got the band?

If I have anniversary rating below 4 and for may cycle suppose I cleared digital.
Will they accept it and for now?
they may don't increase my salary for now but when for next year if I got 4/5 or A/B band will they consider my previous wings 1 score and give me digital cadre?
