How do you think The Walking Dead should have ended?

It should have ended when the walkers simply rotted like they should have fallen apart.

Lost interest in this seasons ago. Too slow for a zombie flick. Got very boring. However this is handy here to see how it finished

Great series, but it looped, the group would find a enemy, beat them then run into another group. I lost interest with the STORM troopers, and the final was more like the launch of everyone's own show rather than an ending. I like the new Darryl show except for the whole France thing and not a fan of the Dead city. They should have just wrapped it up in a two part movie. I really enjoyed Fear until the submarine, too bad because Cliff Curtis and Lennie James are amazing actors as is most of the cast in this spin off.

I saw Glenn when the walkers were coming through the doors. Anyone else notice?

Glenn's death was the death of the show.

The Walking Dead had it's good season's and some that were not so good. Wheras after Season 2, Fear the Walking Dead was truly, truly, awful.

The smartest people were the one's that offed themselves when the outbreak started. Humanity went from 7 billion to what, maybe a few hundred thousand, all over the world. With little in terms of communication, cooperation and especially preservation of the past knowledge learned since recorded history began, humanity is going to be one pathetic shell of itself, indefinitely.

Yeah once zombies start thinking and talking etc i check out. The series went on too long and killed off too many characters that shouldnt have and kept characters alive they shouldnt have. I stopped around season 3 or 4.

The arrival of negan was when the show jumped the shark for me

I am very happy to have stuck with the show. Sure, it changed but I knew there were characters that were worth watching the show for. I'm not gonna say how I wish it ended because it's not over... Daryl is in Paris, Carol is looking for him and eventually, we get to see Rick and Michonne again.
I want to see them reunited so I'm still watching but it needs to pay off soon because I noticed I'm not as driven to see the new episodes of Fear and Dead City.
Continue the story, by all means but fans have been patient for it to come full circle. You are dangerously close to losing the viewers you have left.
PS.... Abraham and Glen deserved better. Luckily, Negans arc was interesting enough to stick with.

I drifted out of watching after a couple of episodes of season 8.....it looks like an actual army of diversity and inclusion officers descended on the show for the last few seasons....

Honestly glad I didn't stick around. It got exhausting after a few seasons. I left a few more episodes after Carl died. Knowing what happened at the end confirms it wasn't worth it for me at least. But I'm sure someone out there enjoyed the entire thing.

I stopped at 5. I don't know if they even addressed the "undead" because the first 5 didn't. It was just all about survival against other survivors. They should have changed the title from the very beginning because it was almost irrelevant.

It was decent until they got to terminus then it just got ridiculous with stupid plot lines and bad unrealistic characters.

loved this show but after the 6th season just couldn't stand the woke social justice warrior direction that it took and haven't seen 7th so on, the writers ruined the show and were the reason viewership declined massively👍

The showrunner after Frank hates same race relationships. Nothing wrong with accepting interracial relationships, but why doe they have to blatantly promote it?

I stopped watching shortly after Glenn was killed off. Looks like I didn't miss anything.

The viewing audience also started to regain the 20 IQ points they'd lost watching it.

Glen being killed was a bad turning point for the series. It was never quite the same. And Carl dying and Rick disappearing was also a bad move. Also, there should've been more suburb/city scenes where they go in to get stocked up (that was done more in the early seasons), otherwise it was all filmed in the bush, which any series can do. I'm still a fan but I must admit I tuned out as the series went on after Glen died.

The last few seasons were horrible. Every relationship is either homosexual or mixed race. As if that's the norm, and it's not. It was just too much.

I remember learning Negan had a wife. I told the people I was watching with "I'll bet anything she's a black lady" . We all laughed. Called it.

White people were always the evil bad guy. Merle, Governor, Negan, the Commonwealth leaders. The whispers. That's Antiwhite! I'm sick of it.

They ruined this show, it dragged on and on with new crap story lines, such a shitty ending to a good start.

I just never got over the loss of Rick. In my opinion, it was the dumbest thing TWD writers ever did. It makes no difference that he survived. It took too long to get his new show up and running and now I don't care anymore. It was a awful thing to do to do to Andrew Lincoln. I have watched the first episodes of Maggie & Daryl's new show, but only because they were free.

I remember watching this back in 2013 thinking man this show is awesome. Years later I still haven't even watched the last episode.

I thought the last season, especially the first half, was better than the couple prior to it. The entire series seemed to limp along for the last 3 or 4 seasons. It's a shame the story couldn't have been condensed into a faster pace, ending after 8 seasons .
