Thank you so much for sharing your channeling process (both of you)! That is exactly how it works for me as well. In fact, they will only give me 2 or 3 words at a time in the beginning of a session sometimes so that I get used to repeating, and so I'm not able to add any filters because I have no idea what they will say next. I wish there was a forum for channels to talk about their experiences.

You are correct: Everything is frequency! As I view this video and hear what is being said  am feeling the frequencies that are radiating. I am also very much aware of their quality - loving, peaceful, and uplifting. I pick up the frequency from everything I read, see, and listen to. I also sense the frequency of people I encounter and interact with. People do not realize how much of their core personality they are broadcasting via the frequencies they are emitting and radiating! And I make all my decisions in response to the frequencies I sense as I confront people, places, things, and animals.
