I don't think you can file bankruptcy on student loans.

Your discipline and determination to manage your finances responsibly is commendable. Congratulations on your creativity to create streams of passive income. Regarding student loans - Biden tried. Trump will give all the tax benefits to the wealthy and bleed the lower and middle-class over time.

It would be great to hear a little about property management and how you might become a property manager as a side hustle for extra income. You could start small with managing one or two properties. Sorry, this idea just popped into my head.

The student payments may PAUSE while in a bankruptcy process but I would absolutely contact a bankruptcy specialist IN Florida before you start making any big plans. Good luck. I also know some people who went to that university who did get their loams forgiven.

Unfortunately, student loans are able to be discharged in bankruptcy.

Can you not go ahead and start paying on the WCU student loan? Or do you have to pay on the UOP loan first, if it is not forgiven.
