If anyone has issues with the volumetric lighting being completely white you need to set the Emission Strength on the Principled Volume to 0. Great tutorial!

Hello! Thank you very much for that tutorial because it is very clear. Nevertheless, I would like to try to make an egg explode for the game I am making, so it's like a very thin sphere because of the hole inside of it (I used boolean,maybe that wasn't a good idea?) . The problem is, it blows up instantly and is too strong even when I put the strenght of the forcefield to 0.001. Do you think there is a solution to that? Thanks in advance! 😄

I adapted along the way, and as I added a texture displacement (rock like) on my sphere before to make the cell fracture, the explosion happens now super fast no matter the force in the forcefield .. I guess cause the chunks are hitting each other. Anyway to suppress that?

Hi, I am making the switch from Lightwave 3D to Blender (Please don't laugh!). I just had one question. Right now my animation is stopping at frame 240. Is it possible to get the force to animate past this point?

help i need a realy QUICK fix! as soon as i start play every piece is getting smashed into universe... the whole objects/all parts arent falling down - they just get pushed away from each other - friction also on 1

This is awesome!!! What I want to do is learn how it take a destroyed object like in this and then reverse the effect and fix it.

Think of it like this

You have a magic power like the Time Stone in marvel. You break a rock with a hammer and shatter it. Then you use your power and reform object to what it was like earlier (with maybe some cracks in it but never the less reformed.

This is a little late, but I'm wondering if anyone can help. I've been able to follow this tutorial on this project I'm working on pretty much perfectly with some slight changes, my issue is that when I fracture the mesh, the insides of the pieces have this butt-ugly texture compared to the rest of it and I have no idea how to fix it. I've tried goofing around with cell fracture settings, adding a UV Project modifier and goofing around with it, all no dice. The mat im using consists of a color, metalness, roughness, displacement and normal part, if that helps at all.

this isnt fracturing this is voronoization which maya does perfectly blender is absolute shit
