Prices in and around a lot of these videos are way off. It's best to be accurate - I've wasted time looking into these areas that seemed to good to be true.

I'm from WI, and the prices are still stupid high. I'm actually here right now to help my mom. Milwaukee is a total getto and outside of there nice houses are 400k plus. Standing in the garage of one as I type. Winters can be absolutely brutal, I left and live in Florida now. WI weather is always terrible. Unless you like never seeing the sun and enjoy the colors brown and grey most of the year.

Interesting 🤔 but you need to slow down the high speed videos and high speed movements. Too distracting and disturbing. I suggest doing the video again and maybe another survey or votes of the best states to move to with normal speed videos. Thank you.

Rural Iowa, St. Joseph, Missouri, rural Nebraska and Kansas are all great affordable markets.
You can get modest homes for under 100k. Stay out of cities like St Louis and Kansas City--lots of crime. Nebraska has high property taxes. Iowa is a very low tax state. 😊🎉😊

I don’t regret buying a home in Ohio (Dayton). I paid 33K 5 years ago in a cute little neighborhood and I laugh to this day still how did I ever come away with a gorgeous house priced this cheap? Granted, it needed a bit of TLC, but damn, it’s in a lovely neighborhood just northwest of downtown!

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

Vermont and Connecticut absolutely suprised me.. I hope you have your info correct. I know they are tops in education and beautiful too. But I always thought and still not convinced that housing and cost of living was very high. More upperclass area.. Except the medium salary of families at $82 ,000 isnt that high. I live in Central Ky and my hisband and I have masters degree's but I was a school teacher and he works for UK, plus owns farms and we have a higher income than that and have for awhile.. I would think Connecticut would be ljke medium income of 500,000? Interesting..

You don't take into account that there are regions within a state that are far more economical...I bought my home in NW Florida (near Pensacola) in 2009 for 250K...no state income tax...the Mid and southern part of Florida pay far more for housing...so you can't generalize a state overall...you need to take each state by it's regions...

fascinating, a little too technical for me, simply not a money person. Glad to observe so many comparisons, such as home cost, income level average, growth potential, & so on. underlying theme, economic stability matches property stability, naturally.
