Are you sure it wasn't the lack of supplements? Some people will become poisoned by medications if taken for long periods of time. The body readapts to the lack of medication and starts producing natural chemicals again. It's like a cancer patient stopping treatment medications and feeling euphoric.

He recommended 1/4 tsp with brown sugar and warm water before bed. Allows the body to use while not active. Day 2 easier allowing it to cooldown. I have thyroid and GI issues.

On the first day I noticed a great change, especially before and after my work out. I've been working alot of overtime which was leaving me extremely exhausted. Forgetting I'd purchased my Shilagit 2 years prior, something told me to go ahead and give it a try! So, in the last week of October 2023, I gave it a try, and OMG! --- For ME, in just a few hours my fatiuge was gone and my energy levels were through the roof. In addition, I believe my energy was high because I did a detox in September 2023. I will say the Shilagit worked fast! So, a Great Thumbs-Up to Shilagit .... I will provide another review a few more weeks from today.

Been using Shilajit for many years. The smell and taste is...like poop. I HATE the paste so I make my own paste, Tumeric powder, local honey, Bitter Mellon powder, Black Seed Oil, Shilajit powder and Pippali powder. It's a powerhouse paste and I take it everyday. BTW, I dont taste the Shilajit powder in this paste.

I just tried my first dose of Shilajit right now! I took it raw right off of the little wooden stick they give you under my tongue. It tastes a little bitter at first but then I tasted sweet (honey like) caramel, and coffee! Sweet is the taste that stays in my mouth even as I am writing this, and it's been 10 -15 minutes. I think this is an amazing little natural substance and I am very excited to see to how it helps me in the future! : )

I would be combining this with Irish Seamoss. The past few months I have been on health discovery kick and was recommended this. Shilajit is even more expensive than Irish Seamoss and I'm not sure how the two would stack.

4 days into using it and i've got a bad cold from hell , maybe it's just detoxing me or I could have coincidentally just caught a bad cold , i'll give it 4 more days & if i'm not better this shit is getting launched out of the window .
