How would any chip from an over $1000 GPU be integrated into a $15 HDMI cable? Why would it make sense that a chip from a GPU even BE integrated into an HDMI cable? What kind of marketing? Can whoever made that be sued for false advertising? I can't even believe this is real

Did you check both sides? It might be like a repeater cable when the length is long enough for signal degradation. The cables are directional.

Also, it could just be 1 chip that's small enough to fit in the connector that is used in a 3090. Never specified it's the actual GPU core.
