Isse better tarika yeh hoga ki agar onion jayada Pani chd de toh use Pani ko nikal lo. Phir usme besan milao. Yaha pr besan milane k bad bhi kafi gili consistency hai. Kyuki payaj ka Pani jayada hai. Besan jitna Kam hoga usne crispy pakode bannge or do bar bhi talna nhi padega

ОтветитьIf you need more crunchiness in it then put some rice flour (½ table spoon or according as per the quantity). Rice flour is my secret ingredient which keeps pakoda's crunchy for longer time. You must try once.
