How to use a WEIGHTED BELT / DIP BELT

Belt sizing is not as advertised. I have < 85 cm hip circumference, the small still won't fit (at least in my case with a 76cm hip the middle carabiner wont connect.). I have an email out to customer service.

On my gym I broke 2 belts and I think that this thing must be more resistant

Great video! Recently I've been trying to figure how to add weighted belt to my pushups comfortably. I was thinking of how to add attachable shoulder straps to my belt to keep it up towards my chest.
Maybe a future accessory? ;)

What is your opinion on putting the weight behind your legs while doing pull ups? I mean I wear the belt like you but I put the weight on the calves.

You should do a weighted Calisthenics montage like how you did in the beginning. It's pretty awesome
