Omg as an asian, he DID NOT need to season the chicken with salt and pepper LMFAO. You need to add oyster sauce and soy sauce anyway, DON'T SEASON THE CHICKEN. IT'S GOING TO BE OVER SALTED. AND HE DIDN'T EVEN USE OYSTER SAUCE.
Also don't use olive oil for asian cooking omygod. use a neutral oil PLEASE. and don't use a whisk on your wok!!! 😭😭😭 there were so many things wrong with that first dish 😭😭

He's good and fast but scraping the coating with metal, even if you're Gordon, is not wise.
