HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error. The requested page cannot be accessed || Solution 1

This is weird. I did not have an Authenticated users in permission groups. My site was working fine- i dinked with it and broke it. I added "Authenticated user" , gave it full control and viola, it worked. Funny thing is my permission allowed everybody and his dog to have permissions. Anyway, thanks. I am American and your thick accent was hard to understand but the visuals gave me the clue I needed.
