Increasingly find Kontakt immensely irritating. It is such a poorly executed and unnecessarily shambolic software environment. One perplexing aspect is that when one of the very long serials is inserted, how does it know what you are installing eg which sample library you happen to have in Kontakt format. Many sample libraries in Kontakt format do not have a serial number associated with them. So often an error message appears "this instrument belongs to a library that is currently not installed". When you try to use the Native Access app route a box appears requiring a non-existent code. Presumably any instruments/samples generated in Kontakt format must be registered with NI before they can be used by other people

Where do I get my serial number ?

Sir, thanks for this. I would like to ask, why do my instruments turn on « demo mode » ? I’ve used them on full mode with serials, and when I try to re-enter the serials, it says « library already installed » . I’ve noticed that kontakt 6 « player » has been automatically installed on my native access...I didn’t use the « player » mode before. Could it be the cause of my issue?

I can't see 'add libraries.... is there any solution? I just see 'manage libraries'.....

I have a quick question if I purchase NI the Giant and I download the free Kontakt player will it useable and not timeout in the player.

I have kontakt 6 player installed I bought trap mafia library but when I load them up they are in demo mode. It was said that the sounds work on kontakt version 5. Whatever and up so can anyone tell me why my sounds are in demo mode then stop working. I never got a serial number when I bout the trap mafia for kontakt so am I shit out of luck?

Hey bro.why does my kontact 5 sampler want to asks me to activate the actual sampler when ive allready activated my Komplete sellect and it says everything updated? It screwwwd up my whole track.
