Yo I got same error code , have put on new throttle and still is coming up not sure what the problem is

Yep same here. Brand new, 0.0 miles, turned it on and got the Error 37 code. Prior to this, during the shipment phase, Luna Cycle customer support manager was clearly agitated and irritated having to respond to my voicemail. So i'm not really expecting much help from them.

I’m not getting the code, but feel the regeneration is heavier after 100 miles have you noticed this?

I have heard nothing but bad shit about Luna. I'd stay away from them at all cost.
