wish the movie was titled Mom!
ОтветитьI luv this movie😢
Ответитьشخصيا ...
انا اعتقد. ان هذا المشهد هو اكثر. المشاعد تأثيرا في هوليود
I lost my mommy 7 years ago March. 2 weeks prior to our birthdays. She understood me completely. I have autism and I cared for her. My dad won't even let me grieve her and I am caring him now and he has never understood me
ОтветитьOne of my favorite scenes in the movie, where they both reveal how they see each other and why they initially hated the other - they represented a threat, an opposite person. Julia's character is the "cool mom" but she is filled with self-doubt about her parenthood skills. And Suzanne is the experienced Mom with the maternal instinct that Julia's character lacks, but she knows her time is limited and she is afraid she will be forgotten.
ОтветитьI felt like i lost my manhood for a minute when my eyes filled with tears watching this film
ОтветитьUna cosa che ho notato papà e mamma è che nel linguaggio c'è sempre il sesso eterosessuale di mezzo
ОтветитьMa tu mamma MI dici la verità o mi dici le bugie quando mi parli? Che tu mamma non sei sotto psicofarmaci come me
ОтветитьTi ringrazio Gianluca di Pontelagoscuro per aver preso in odio mia madre se non me lo vuoi dare un lavoro di merda basta dirlo che per me che non voglio lavorare un posto in paradiso non c'è
ОтветитьThere it was. Isabel knew she was always gonna be #2 and it hurt. Mom was afraid of being forgotten. Then they both realized it didn’t have to be that way
Ответитьno woman has ever looked this beautiful...this line got me
ОтветитьNo way in hell I'd let susan. Die
Ответитьthis movie really stuck with me, i think it deserves more than 44% rating, it's wholly underrated IMO. this scene and of course the end of the movie really messed me up, crying like a baby. this scene is so beautifully done and written.
ОтветитьYou have to be careful getting close to your step parents… I had a stepmom for over 30 years of my life, but the moment my dad passed away, she immediately turned on my brother and I, and we have not spoken since. I went around thinking I have a second mom who would always be there no matter what And then she tells me that since my dad isn’t alive anymore so there’s no need for us to have communication anymore. So always be careful because finding out how much they actually care about You can be very painful sometimes.
ОтветитьHitting home a lot. My mother is in her end stage in cancer.
ОтветитьLord have mercy!!!! 😢😢😢😢
ОтветитьThis movie grabs me EVERY time.
ОтветитьA great film, written by Gigi Levangie
ОтветитьThis scene is one of the most powerful I have ever seen.
Both actresses perfomed at the highest level.
The script is incredible very relatable and deep.
I cannot stop crying every time I watch it. Wonderful.
Sad this movie did not make the Oscars.
Exactly... I.F. they knew how this scraped my ribs and lit up places I didn't know existed...
ОтветитьSame
ОтветитьThis gets me every time, 😭😭😭😭😭
ОтветитьAs a 33 year old man I lost my mother last year and this hits way different..
Ответитьi swear this scene always makes me cry
ОтветитьHow have these two not done another movie together?
ОтветитьI remember the time watching this movie was with my mom. Then I lost my mom in January 2020. I just recently watched this and it made me miss my mom so much. I cried when she was talking to Ben (her son) how she will see him in his dreams cause I literally dreams of my mom😭😭😭
ОтветитьI know this is all about a mom and stepmom thing, but this hits me hard because I lost my dad from cancer and heart failure this past New Years. I do have a stepdad and hearing Isabel say all this just reminds me of how he told me that he wouldn't ever replace him.
ОтветитьThis movie was a big part of my childhood ❤❤
ОтветитьStill obsessed with this movie ❤❤❤
ОтветитьBlended families work well in movies
ОтветитьToo dramatic. No one's gonna be so concerned about their step kids 😀😁
ОтветитьI'm dating someone who has a teenager. I can't have kids. Knowing that I'll never get a mother son dance. Knowing that he has a mom who's that kids entire world. Having to hide that pain is incredibly difficult and definitely an adjustment.
ОтветитьBeautiful movie if every stepmom was like you ❤️
ОтветитьThis is hard for me to watch now, because my mom had cancer, but she has been ok for 10 years now, but it was very dark and scary and I don't want to ever relive it.
ОтветитьThey’re both so pretty
ОтветитьIt's such an early relationship, what on earth makes them think it's gonna last for life lol
ОтветитьBase on movie see her eyes know be good hands
ОтветитьThis movie always made me cry. Now I am a stepmom to an amazing 10 year old boy. I have been the only mom he knows since he was 3. His bio mom calls sometimes, he calls me mom. Still, my biggest fear is that some day, he will wish she was there instead of me.
ОтветитьI love this movie it never gets old and just caught the end earlier on and was in tears at the end 😭 both actresses Susan Sarandon and Julia Roberts were brilliant but Susan was in league of her own in this movie superb acting 👌although everyone else was great aswell 👏💯❤️
ОтветитьThis movie really hits home because it's so similar to my childhood. Except the fact my stepmom was mean to me and my sister. I was 16 and my sister was 9 when she passed. It's been almost 20 years and we still miss her so much. Graduations, marriage, kids...it's all been bittersweet. We wish she could have been there for all of it.
ОтветитьAnybody knows the piano musics name in the background please ?
Ответитьthis scene always makes me cry
especially when they are talking about the daughter's future wedding
Just rewatched this movie for the first time in years. It’s such a great vision of the true life of blended family. This was probably the most relatable movies of our time!
ОтветитьI don’t think anyone could watch this part with a dry eye🫣🤧
ОтветитьI grew up with two sisters and a mom and this was our favorite movie to watch. As a grown man I cannot watch this without shedding tears.
Ответить2022 Anyone who's here that Stepmom is on Netflix
ОтветитьSad that The Academy snobbed this astonishing movie!
Ответитьtill this scene they were portrayed so different from each other - in their approach, opinions. but this scene shows how these two are the only ones who would understand the other's fears - one who craves for the children and their mother's approval and the other who's got all the approval but limited time.
