I never played this game but i know this song from a pc sonic game i loved this Song that is also why i kept playing that game it was a sonic running game and youre where tails running and jumping a parcour

I would welcome a double pack HD remastering of both Secret Rings and Black Knight, just tweak the controls and the graphics, keep the legendary soundtracks.

The best part of the song is how the drums are constantly speeding up throughout. By the time you hit the final parts of the song the precussion is just going absolutely nuts, like a heartbeat increasing at the end of a bad dream.

no final sonic stage starts with music like this, this song actually feels like youre nearing the end of your journey, tie this with the fact that its the prettiest level in the game makes for something unforgettable. this game deserves all the praise it can get for the world it brought to the table

What a cool song and level, hopefully someone doesn’t make a custom level based on it in an FPS game from Finland and has you fight three bosses, one of them being A Superboss, without checkpoints!

I love how the repeated section seems to completely change meaning when the lyrics add more context to the reflection.

"Must I float away?
Will I ever wake up?"

At first, with the initial context of the lyrics, it seems like a somewhat desperate question asked by someone who is being carried by the current and wants to know when this will all end.

But when this section comes along:

"The fault is mine
For it is I who gave this hearth
Much has dawned
In this place that has no Sun"

Hope "dawns" and it becomes a question of "how far will I let myself be carried by the current?" inviting us to stand up and fight it.

Honestly this stage and the music is liek the only good part of the game and it’s incredible. Really love the visuals and hearing this kickass music makes it incredible

I remember this from a tails flash game from like 2010 I didn’t know the song was from a peak game

Black knight/secret righs should be remade with frontiers controls/gamplay.
With the abilities in those games it would make sense

I know people like to hate on the controls, but MAN. This is my personal favorite final area in a Sonic game. The unique atmosphere, this banging music, and awesome visuals and pretty good level design sells it to me.
