How to find and enter your Office product key | Microsoft

I bought a hp laptop 4 months ago and it has pre-installed ms office and lifetime free ms office for students but I didn't receive product key. After 1 month trial it is demanding product key. I have contacted hp customer executive they told to contact Microsoft customer executive.

A group of criminals hacked the Microsoft Account and hence we lost the Product Key as well, considering that as per 2021 Microsoft policy, the owner of the Microsoft Account is Key Owner as well. This was intentionally done so that Microsoft can forcibly take over the product keys of those key owners who they do not like or approve.

Also, this policy was just as much beneficial to hackers and criminals as it was to the key owners. A great disservice to its customers.

How do I find my old Microsoft key code on my laptop to transfer it to my new laptop?

If I buy a Buisness Subscription (Standard) as a Code in a Box (in Germany), can I activate the code without adding further payment informations (creditcard etc.) or do I need to add these infos for later, when the supscription ends? In other words: Does the subscription automatically ends after acvtivation wihtout needing to add payment informations?

I had my product key linked with my outlook accound but now unfortunately I forgot the password and I can't access the account and use the lifetime services either. I have filled countless forms for revovery of the outlook account but I was never able to recover it as it always says lack of info given. I had just made the outlook account while purchasing the laptop and never used it so I have no additional information to fill in the form. Can you help me in recovering the outllook account or atleast tell on how I can use the lifetime services because I am a student only and using these services are very important for me.

I purchased a laptop back in 2023 and got a preinstalled Microsoft office. After a couple of months of using the apps I faced the same problem. Sadly I didn't get any product key when i bought my laptop. I looked for my product key in the system and when I tried to use the key it told me it was wrong. I was suggested to uninstall Microsoft Office and than reinstall it. When I was trying to reinstall the apps it requested for product key. I have sighed in before it happened but don't know what kind of subscription I have(
