Amit ji - first of all , would like to really appreciate you for the explanation of the concepts. Its really wonderful. I have been watching your lectures for some time now and they are really awesome. I have a question regarding Macrau case as in why did the NAL would have signed the agreement with Macrau because they would have known when the contract was signed, that it would not be enforceable later since only Macrau had signed and common seal + sign of other member was missing. So, in today's context, would it be considered as a negligence on the part of insurance company also, if such a case occurs today? Looking forward to your view. Thanks
