the fact that they make it literally impossible to complain is insane…

A better and faster alternative is having Amazon call you and make your complaint directly on the phone.

I just got fed up with lousy delivery drivers who don't even bother ringing the doorbell even though I am home.

The only way to get them to do their job is to report them if that makes you feel like a bad person.

I had 2 parcels delivered in a row (2 different deliveries) to the safe spot, and they didn't even bothered to ring the doorbell.

The first driver managed to not even get detected by my front door camera, and second just walked past the door and straight to the safe spot.

THIS IS GARBAGE!! SO FAR IVE HAD 13 PACKAGES LEFT ON MY STEPS RIGHT ON TOP OF THE SIGN THAT SAYS "DO NOT LEAVE OTHERS PACKAGES ON MY STEPS". Know what happened? They leave the packages ON TOP of my sign!!!!!!!!

My case was just an encounter with a driver completely blocking the street and telling me to drive into someone's yard. Amazon didn't really care. Should've just called the cops or turned around and found another route home. It was dark and the driver was incredulous about the whole situation, he said they wouldn't do anything to him. Such a pain in the ass to complain about reckless drivers they employ! I had some total a hole in their van cut me and others off driving like he was 15 and nobody seems to give a shit. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

The Amazon Delivery person in the area of Bolpur Shantiniketan, Dist. Birbhum, State West Bengal, INDIA insists me to cancel the order as he forcing me to deliver the good in my home during the office working hours while I am in office. Also he gives no information about his visit for delivery and behaves very rudely with me. Amazon should take this matter very seriously as the buyers will never compromise with this kind of behaviour from a delivery person.

My delivery guy clearly isn’t looking at the numbers on mailboxes/houses. I had a large Amazon order that was split between 4 days. The first 2 days, yesterday and today, both packages have been delivered to the wrong address. Yesterday I happened to find it by driving to all my neighbors, but today I have no idea where it ended up. If the next couple days are like that, other people are going to be getting a lot of items that were not cheap 😑

Thank you, I'm sick and tired of Amazon delivery service. Who aren't really employed by Amazon. Right now, I'm here laying up in my bed. I just had foot surgery. The boot is up to my Arse. They mark the package delivery in the mailroom customer received.
How in the world am I getting down 40 steps to get my package? Which was supposedly handed to me, in the mail room that don't exist. I'm tired of complaining.

They really dont care. A driver dropped 3 packaged at the wrong address and I got a picture of some random doorstep. I did the above as soon as I got the notification. They totally fobbed me off with excuses, I told them that my personal information had been disclosed to some random person and asked them to get the driver to go back to where they'd dropped it and bring it to my address. After speaking to one guy and his supervisor she put me on hold and told shed called the delivery center but they dont have any way of communicating with them, hahaha.
I asked for the name of the person who they had spoken to and she got angry and said it was the delivery center, when I asked again, she started the "oh sorry caller i cant hear you, im losing you im going to have to hang up" GAME. Well call me back.... nothing

Looks like they've removed the complaints feature. Driver left package outside front door without confirming anyone was in, marked it as delivered after tapping the front door. About 5 seconds after the tap I open the front door and see the van driving away with the package on the mat. Luckly it was only £16 item. If this is how slack their drivers are becoming, I don't think I'll use be using Amazon for expensive items again.

Delivery driver stole a $600 graphics card and replaced the contents with a box of weetabix (I shit you not).
Support was understanding and asked me to send the box back as it arrived, but the returns centre straight up refused to accept it because they thought I was messing with them🙃
They literally told me that they'd asked the driver if he stole it and he said he delivered it. like wtf 😂

This is the second time a Prime delivery truck pulls up in front of my house with loud, deep bass thumbing Rap music pouring out the truck with the side door open! The first time the driver steps out wearing a " wife beater" t- shirt and baggy pants! Today , same thing but no wife beater and baggy pants just deep loud thumbing noise that rattles your brain! Should Prime drivers be allowed to conduct themselves in any manner they wish? I assume so.

I think my delivery guy thinks he works for HOME DEPOT throwing my shit right on my front porch and heard it all the way from the back when he dropped the boxes. I sent the video to amazon from my doorbell camera. This isn't the first time this happened and I am tired of it.

Amazon, Fedex, and UPS, sometimes USPS drivers constantly speed down my street.
The speed limit is rather low, but it is like that for a reason.
Making complaints does no good, so we got the police involved.
14 tickets later, it seems they slowed down.

The real problem is they may have become too big and too arrogant. If you want to see a slow response try when the fault is their own. There is a glitch in their Subscribe and Save. The time to edit the 7/29 order ended 7/21. On 7/27 I set up some orders for the 8/29 delivery. Minutes later I received an email from my bank that my card was declined for insufficient funds. Come to find out they've added them to the 7/29 order, which should have been impossible, so I cancel all 4. 7/28 I notice that they haven't cancelled 2 of the items and I contact Customer Service. They say they will have it fixed within 48 hours, meanwhile my bank tells me they will start charging me for insufficient funds in 24 hours.
So the question really is, has Amazon become too big to care about their customers?

I’ve been having issues with two drivers. They have blocked in my car a bunch I park in the back of my apartment complex in an assigned spot Amazon has no access through the back gate so they have to walk around to the front to make deliveries or they end up moving to the front. A few days ago one blocked in my car and then proceeded to take each package into the complex’s causing me to be late to work. I had asked the driver to please move he ignored me and delivered each package walking from back to front. I was 5 minutes late to work and Amazon would do nothing because I didn’t have an order number I had no damn order.

I had a driver deliver my package fine, but he drove up my driveway and broke limbs of my dogwood tree. It's obvious there's not room for the tall vans they drive, but he did it anyway. Then when leaving, he spun out his tires when he floored the accelerator !!! There was no call for that ! I have no idea why he did that. We live on a cul-de-sac and it's barely 60 yards to the stop sign at the end of the street !!

They have changed things up on their website/app. It doesn’t even have that option anymore…they know they’ve been getting complaints about their deliveries. Absolute waste of space.

As of 7/2023 AMZ got wise to us this work around. Now with their new updates, its harder to even get that far. Maybe you can get a sneaky work around. FIngers crossed

Driver banging on my door for package never delivered. Speaks Chinese had to show him which one was delivered and which canceled.

Just had an issue where the driver stated my package was left 'near' the porch, they actually left in on my car and even took a photo of it on my car, I am incensed about this, the porch is only 10ft further,.
Luckily this time the car was not scratched, but who would have paid if it was?

Yeah I just tried this, they said oh we're sorry to hear you had an issue, then told me they needed to transfer me to another agent, I sat in a "queue" for over 45 minutes and I gave up and ended the chat. They really couldn't give a flying fig unless your stuff broke as a result and you want your money back. Getting tired of Amazon anyway, the annual cost is becoming not worth it to me.

If you seriously think that complaining like this will make a scrap of difference, you are massively mistaken. Amazon don’t care about such things. I’ve had countless refunds and free Prime months after complaining, but they still don’t care.

My package was delivered to wrong address. This is the 2nd time it has happened. Don't know why.

My delivery driver is a complete D for leaving stuff in the rain. And amazon makes it impossible to complain about him.

My driver stole the items out of my package. Like left an opened, empty package.

Today same driver i asked him nicely to park on street to deliver a little package the back up alarm is anoying he got sn attitude thought i wss threatening him far from that he came back a few minutes lster put his truck in reverse for a minute just yo be a dick

I called customer service and made complaint our driveway dead ends 1st driver sped down my driveway i asked him to slow dow there's a small child who drives her barbie car his response was we have cameras wtf next time im cslling police we have cameras and signs he acted like mind your own business thats why i don't have an Amazon account
