I have not run into this issue yet with my pulse 3D headset and I plug into the back port. Its very good to know though. Now I'll know what to do if I ever have a problem.

so i was playing on te modern warfare 3 beta but my ps5 overheated but my usb dongle completly stoped working but it is still conecting to the headset so now the ps5 wont read that i have a headset connected so do i have to buy a whole new headset? im trying to conect it to my laptop but i have the same issue

pulse 3d headset are just waste of money not have a good quality plus very very uncomfortable I don't recommend it

so I tried three different types of wireless headsets on my PS five and I can't get the dongle's to connect with the headset and we're talking Sony headsets. Also, this is on two PS fives in the same room. Neither one will connect with the dongle that comes with the headset do you have any solutions or answers why this might be and is anyone else having this issue using an official Sony, PS five headset and not have the dongle and headset connect. I bought 21 for each PlayStation five and neither one of them will connect with the dongle plugged into the PlayStation they just with Blake for a little while and then go out.
