The issue doesn't work, but if you run about 100 yards away, then return for another GOLD BAR. Rinse and repeat! This worked for me today 6-23-2023! The autosave has to be on. So recommend creating two separate saved points ...just to be safe! They found the missing sub yesterday.

Attemped this on 08/04/2023 (or 04/08/2023 for the Americans). This glitch has been patched.

The only way to do this since is been pitched already, it’s first you have to have the disc game and not the digital. Second, you need to uninstall it, and then install it again but WITHOUT connecting to internet, in this way you will be playing with the 1sr version which is prior to the patch. Then make the most money you want, connect to the internet and let it install the latest version. By this time you will be rich and play the story with the latest version.
