A tasty mushroom stir-fry in vegetarian oyster sauce made with our very own Lee Kum Kee Soybean Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Authentic Seasoned Soy Sauce, and Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir-fry Sauce. Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. Cooking oil
½ Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. Green Onion (chopped)
9 oz. Shiitake Mushrooms (star cut)
7 oz. Oyster Mushrooms (sliced)
½ cup. Water
7 oz. Celtuce (Chinese Lettuce) (sliced)
Seasonings:
2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Soy Bean Sauce
1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Authentic Seasoned Soy Sauce
½ Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir-fry Sauce

Directions:
1. Add the shiitake mushrooms to boiling water and simmer for about five minutes. Drain the water and set the mushrooms aside.
2. Heat the oil and sauté Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, green onions and oyster mushrooms.
3. Add the cooked shiitake mushrooms and stir in the seasoning sauces. Then add half a cup of water.
4. Add the celtuce and stir-fry until the sauce thickens and the mushrooms are tender.

食用油 2湯匙
李錦記蒜蓉 1/2湯匙
蔥(切粒)1湯匙
香菇(切花刀)9安士
杏鮑菇 (切片)7安士
水 1/2 杯
萵筍(切片)7安士
調味料:
李錦記黃豆醬 2湯匙
李錦記原釀本味鮮醬油 1湯匙
李錦記素食蠔油. 1/2 湯匙

做法:
1.香菇用開水煮5分鐘後撈出備用
2.熱鍋放入食用油,油熱後放入李錦記蒜蓉、蔥、杏鮑菇
3.放入香菇、調味料翻炒均勻後倒入1/2 杯水
4.放入萵筍炒熟後出鍋
