Lesson 3 - Configure a connection between Siemens HMI and S7-1500 PLC

Hello, yesterday due to power failure our PLC and HMI-PC got shutdown, after power came we started both the devices but the connection between them is not happening. how to do it? the shortcut of automation 8000 software is able to open after successful login but the transporter bar is not visible in the software screen

Hello, what would happen if later i want to change the PLC that is physically connected to the HMI and this new PLC is of a different series; suppose 1212. Does the new PLC only need the IP and the same program in order to connect to the HMI, or do i have to create another connection and download that connection not only to the new PLC but also to the HMI?
