i would really like to know how to i would start the event like if i have 1000,000 fcfa will i be able to fund the project. with a rough estimation please?

I like the comment about 40% of invitees not showing up...we did have an even where the owner spent a fortune and the guest didn't show up so they had half of the tables empty and wasted so much money preparing for so many people.
