how i can't figure this

I wonder is there's a way to make it automatically change . to , (or vice versa) whenever pasting numbers into excel?
Like for instance: you copied a whole bunch of numbers from a table, which use a Dot . as a separator
Then when you pasted those into excel, they immediately get that . turned into ,

I mean, I know this command of Find&Replace but it's just kind of primitive.
