ОтветитьHave you tried herbs? There are some herbs and that can make an individuals body produce more testosterone however they do take days or weeks to start seeing and effect, examples of herbs are shilajit and ashwagandha

Ответитьvery nice guys and a very nice channel.. But i am not buying shit from a moron (relatively speaking, as he is richer than me, and somewhat stronger).. I am not making donations.. I donated 3-4000 dollars for various causes, 15000 dollars for various reataurants above what is required, and at least 5000 dollars in tips .. I also spent probably 20 000 dollars too much on various things for not being cheap and on presents... so 40-50k... 50k including interest . in some 10 years...
eat eggs and milk with potatoes and bread (rice is too expensive).. and yes.. 2000 kcal is way enough.. less time spent eating plus the cardio you can skip...

ОтветитьHudson you left out one big one that has been proven to support Testosterone levels in men - nuts! (because of course they do). Especialy macadamia, walnuts, hazelnuts, brazil nuts. I enjoy walnuts several times a week on top of yogurt, or in oatmeal, or baked into pancakes or just eating them.

Ответить@BuffDudes Hey Hudson! Thanks for the video I needed something like this. Recently I found that my testosterone was in the high 200s range. For context I am 26 years old, 5’8, 202lbs. I just finished a 6 year contract with the Army back in January and for the longest time I have struggled to put on lean muscle mass. I figure now that I don’t have to prioritize running I can focus more on bulking and putting on muscle mass. I look forward to following this series! P.S. Pumpkin seeds are definitely an acquired taste.

ОтветитьHudson doesn't necessarily have low T. Maybe he's porking every day (yes that does deplete T). Cut out booze and processed 'foods'. Get plenty of sleep.
ОтветитьIf Hudson is not suffering from T2DM and/or has not experienced any sudden or gradual weight/muscle and strength loss, then he shouldn't worry about any underlying pathology. His low T is likely due to over working, stress, poor diet and lifestyle.

I take vitamin D, zinc, magnesium, vitamins A, B, E, selenium, I train, I do weightlifting, I practice English boxing, I take cold showers, I don't eat sugar, I expose myself to the sun. I compete, I fight, but my testosterone level remains between 350 and 400 ng/dL. Every time I get tested, it doesn't increase. I don't understand why. Moreover, I have a very good physique, I gain muscle quickly, but I have no libido, no morning erections, no desire, and often feel tired. But I repeat, I have an exceptional physique. People think I'm doping. I don't understand this mess.

ОтветитьMaybe you eat too much dude. Think about it, in the stone age who needs the most testosterone? The dude that is on the edge fighting for food and survival, or the guy that has everything in abundance?
ОтветитьIt's easy: stick to things that have only 1 ingredient, but no isolates like sugars and oils (you can throw them together obviously for a meal)
I consider whole grain pasta to be healthy, but you should have them split up in to maximum 2 meals a day. Other than that I eat oats, nuts and vegetables. Only drink water, coffee, and tea without additives. If you're vegan have your vit.B12 and a good source of omega-3 fatty acids (chia seeds, walnuts), maybe vit.D if you're a nightshift worker or not out in the sun much, and you're good. Once in a while if you have an easier day try to eat nothing for that day. I'm 40 years old, athletic, everyone thinks I'm much younger. Take good care of your bodies folks 💟🌌☮️

ОтветитьOne of my favorite meals is: "Scrambled Salmon!" It is made by scrambling two eggs,pre cook a salmon fillet( I like smoked salmon, when possible!) and chopping a quarter of a medium onion. Mix the 3 ingredients in a bowl, then pour it into a heated and oiled pan.Cook until the eggs are to your preference and serve as usual!🤗😋
