I'm not from US, can somebody explain how this lease thing works? you mentioned it was 250 a month for a 48k car. how long is the lease for?

That has to be one of the craziest car buying experiences I've ever heard. I don't think we have to worry about Vinfast becoming a threat to Tesla let alone other EVs any time soon.

Its funny how Americans can buy this car but none of the high quality Chinese brands like Nio, Xpeng, BYD or even MG that are selling in Europe and Asia.

Some new car brands break into the mainstream while others just break. In the 1980's my Dad would have had more reliable motoring if he had Honda's and Toyotas instead of Rovers and Fords. In the 2000's a Kia would have been better value than the VW's and Skoda's I drove. I am in the UK and drive a Chinese MG 5 EV. I chose it partly because I can afford it but also, maybe in the future re received wisdom will be that the smart money was spent on MG. More Vinfast video's please so we can see if this car is value for someone. We can't all afford a Tesla for trips to the shops.

Honestly if they keep updating it and get the bugs fixed, that lease is a steal. You're basically getting a massive discount to beta test (I guess a year ago it was more like alpha testing?)

Also that green is the best color. I think the Green on Brown VF9 looks pretty gorgeous actually

one major problem is the screen burn in, as I was in their consumer showroom it was horrible, and same goes for weather stripping and how theres not enough, and wasn't adding to the most important areas, and yes there are a lot of interior quality control issues, probably as bad or worse than Tesla.

They changed the physical suspension components from 23-24 so they did lie to you as there were hardware changes.
